The Cicero Volunteer Fire Department is seeking proposals for the Phase 2 Construction of the Community Hall Interior of the new fire station.

The project includes the interior build out of the proposed Community Hall located at the rear of the recently constructed 1-story fire station and procurement of related materials.

All prospective proposers are requested to register with the Cicero Volunteer Fire Department by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to ensure receipt of any addenda. It is the Proposer’s sole responsibility to ensure receipt of all addenda.

Questions on the RFP package shall be directed in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. All requests for RFP clarification must be submitted via email to the above and received no later than 5 p.m. EST on April 1, 2019. All questions will be answered via email and documented in writing as an addendum to the RFP. Answers will be sent out on or before April 15, 2019, via email, to all registered RFP recipients.

Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the Project Name plainly written on the outside and include the name and address of the Proposer. Proposals shall be sent via U.S. Mail to Cicero Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 1111, Cicero, New York 13039-1111.

Proposals for the Phase 2 Construction will be received until 5:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, May 1, 2019. There will be no public opening of the proposals.
